CATENARY CCV

During the years Cerrini gained a strong and steady experience in catenary lines. Cerrini delivered a large variety of CV lines worldwide both for rubber insulation and XLPE, low voltage and medium voltage cables up to 45/63 kV. The vulcanization process is nitrogen for XLPE and steam or overheated steam for rubber. The overheated steam process allows a significant increment of production speed. The extreme flexibility of the company allows the specific customer requirements to be successfully satisfied.

The following features guarantees a reliable process for each CV line: stable productivity at constant high speed; layer thickness, concentricity and diameter control; cable quality even during run-up and shut-down; linear extruder outputs and excellent heating/cooling control.
The catenary tube is designed according to the latest technology and meets the latest regulations.
