Micro-coaxial cables
The line is developed to process skin-foam-skin and fluoropolymers foam-skin technology, for micro-coax, LAN and signal cables.
Main technical features:
- Drawing machine with conductor pre-heater
- Main extruder TRF.80 30D and auxiliary extruders TR.30.V 24D for skin-foam-skin process
- Main high temperature extruder HTR.45 30D and auxiliary extruders HTR.30 24D and TR.30 24D for foam-skin and skin-foam-skin multipurpose line
- Triple layer crosshead for skin-foam-skin technology developed for smooth and low compression distribution of the foamed material
- Injection unit for the constant gas injection at controlled pressure for even foam structure
- Extrusion screw for an optimal mixing of the gas with the melt and to keep a constant pressure of the melt in the injection point
- Efficient and controlled cooling gradient trough with integrated haul-off unit
- Automatic dual take-up for high speed lines
All the components of the line are designed to eliminate the tension during production to maintain the insulation quality.
