Skin-foam-skin – espansione fisica PE

Triple layer physically foamed PE extrusion allows high foaming degree. The physical expansion is achieved by a gas injection unit controlled by the line supervision.

Main technical features:

• Main extruder TRF.60 30D or TRF.80 30D especially designed for gas injection and two auxiliary extruders TR.30 24D for inner skin and outer skin, V inclined
• Nitrogen injection unit for the constant gas injection at controlled pressure for even foam structure
