Telecom sheathing line

The line is extremely versatile and allows the sheathing of telecom medium/large size cable up to 110 mm. Typically the line includes a main extruder which ranges from TR.100 up to TR.160 depending on the cable size to jacket. The extrusion of all thermoplastic materials and HFFR halogen free compounds are supported.

Cerrini manufactures complete extrusion lines for the sheathing of data cables with polyethylene/thermoplastics sheath and polyamide jacketing. The line is composed of the polyamide extruder tandemized with the thermoplastics extruder group.
