Power cable filling + jacketing line

This line is extremely versatile and can be customized according to the specific request of the customer. The line supports all thermoplastic materials. The line is designed for the filling and sheathing of cables on the same line, in co-extrusion configuration or with two tandemized extrusions for filling and sheathing. The extruder group in coextrusion configuration typically includes a movable extruder TR.120 25D for filling, a fixed extruder TR.120 25D for sheathing and an auxiliary extruder TR.60 25D. The line includes all the accessories for a perfect technological process: in particular the filling gravimetric dosing system for a perfect control of the diameter. All the parameters are monitored in real time through the line supervision.
